Chef Aaron Holt
Previous Iowa Chef of the Year, Chef Aaron Holt has spent his career mastering the art of fine dining. His journey began in Iowa and has taken him to prestigious kitchens across Europe, Asia, and the United States, where he refined his craft under renowned chefs. Now back in Iowa, Aaron leads the award-winning catering team at Doolittle Farm, known for its commitment to sustainable and locally-sourced ingredients. For this special evening, Aaron and his team will bring their expertise to The Cottage at Woodland Farm, ensuring every detail of the meal is executed to perfection.
Chef Grant Gillon
Chef Grant Gillon rose to fame as a winner of Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef, where he showcased his skill, creativity, and passion for cooking. Since his MasterChef victory, Grant has continued to wow diners with his ability to combine bold flavors and fresh, local ingredients.
